HAD Bonded Limousine Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings must be confirmed and paid at least three (3) days before service and remain subject to HAD’s final confirmation and operational availability.

 

2. Amendments or cancellations made more than three (3) business days before service incur no penalty. Amendments, cancellations, or No-Shows within three (3) business days will result in full forfeiture of the booking value.

 

3. The service does not include waiting time. Passengers arriving late may be considered to have forfeited their booking. HAD will not delay departures due to HKIA or regulatory constraints.

 

4. If a departure is missed, passengers may: (i) rebook for the next available limousine slot (subject to an additional fee) or (ii) HAD offers up to two (2) bonded bus seats per booked limousine passenger on the next available departure, subject to availability.

 

5. Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, and entry permissions. HAD is not liable for losses or forfeiture arising from incomplete documentation or refusal of entry by authorities.

 

6. The service operates daily between from Macau 07:30–20:30 and from HKIA 08:30–21:30. Services outside these hours may require additional charges; quotations are provided case-bycase.

 

7. Connection Time from Macau: Travel time is approx. 45 minutes via ZHMB. Passengers should arrive Macau Port check-in point at least 30 minutes before limousine departure and SkyPier Terminal 110 minutes before scheduled flight departure; Connection Time from HKIA: We recommend to allow at least 120 minutes between flight arrival and bonded departure. Check-in process at HKIA E2 must be completed 60 minutes before departure for passengers with checked baggage, and 30 minutes prior for passengers without checked baggage.

 

8. Passengers from HKIA must proceed directly to the HKIA T1 E2 check-in counter for processing. Clearing Hong Kong Immigration or collecting baggage at T1 will forfeit the bonded service with no refund, and re-entry into the restricted area will not be permitted.

 

9. HAD may adjust, delay, or cancel services due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, airport authority directives, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances beyond its control. HAD will assist with the next available bonded option where possible, but timing cannot be guaranteed.

 

10. Limousines have limited baggage capacity. Oversized or excessive baggage may be refused. Passengers should confirm requirements at booking.

 

11. HAD is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control. HAD reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who pose safety or security risks, are unfit to travel, or attempt to carry prohibited items.

 

12. Dangerous goods, controlled substances, and items prohibited by Hong Kong, Macau, or airport regulations are strictly forbidden.

14. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
