Passengers who are scheduled to take our bus service to the airport or to Macau and are travelling on:

Flights departing to Dubai (DXB / DWC); or
Connecting flights via the above airports; or
Flights departing from Dubai to Hong Kong (HKG);
are advised to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible prior to departure to arrange ticket rescheduling or cancellation.

Please refrain from proceeding to the airport before confirming the latest flight status to avoid any inconvenience.
