Attention all! The cross-border (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao) Road Cycling Race of the National Games is approaching π΄βοΈ. The Men's Individual Race will take place on November 8. During this period, traffic control will be implemented on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and our bus schedules will be temporarily adjusted accordingly.
First, let’s highlight the key details of this race! This major event covers a total distance of over 230 kilometers. Starting from Zhuhai Museum, the route will pass through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, North Lantau Highway, and Disneyland Resort β¨. A total of 24 teams with 104 athletes will cross the border checkpoints between the three regions six times – it’s sure to be a spectacular sight!
Please also take note of the traffic control arrangements in advance. On November 8:
- The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge bound for Zhuhai and Macao will be closed from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
- The direction from Zhuhai and Macao to Hong Kong will be closed even earlier, starting at 7:30 a.m., and will reopen at 12:30 p.m.
To align with the race schedule, our bus services will be temporarily adjusted based on the closure times. The specific changes to bus schedules are still being finalized.
